3.1 Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, valid government-issued identification, complete documents, and any witnesses or additional materials required for your appointment. You must review all documents before signing and are solely responsible for the legal content of the documents you present.
3.2 Notary Limits
Notaries do not provide legal advice, draft legal documents, select document language, or advise on the meaning or effect of a signature. If a document is incomplete, unsigned when required, or not eligible for notarization, service may be declined.
3.3 Appointment Changes
Appointment times are estimates and may change due to travel, document issues, weather, or verification needs. Travel, printing, after-hours, remote online notarization, and specialty document fees may apply where permitted.
